D M Wood Medical Ltd uses secure encryption when transacting exchange of data with our customers over the internet. The user name and password you are provided with on registration are unique to you and link directly to your ledger account. No unauthorised person can access your account over the web however at your request we can enable additional users in the same organisation to have access. The password you are given is known only to you and is sent by an automated email for security reasons.

As a further security measure, delivery addresses cannot be added or changed online. If you would like to add or amend a delivery address on your account, please call our office on 0800 614235.

D M Wood Medical operates parallel websites to allow non-account holders to make purchases by credit card. These are Verisign authentic sites, which assures customers that the web site address and the company name on the Digital ID have been confirmed and that data exchanged with the site is secure and encrypted when your browser has established a secure (SSL) connection with the site.
